Doesn't award anything besides contribution to the meta [achievement=19790].

Acheivement is to hit rank 5 of the [faction=2615] Reputation. Information from that page:

1 Graduate: 0 --> 10500
2 Assistant: 10500 --> 10500
3 Contract: 21000 --> 11500
4 Resident: 32500 --> 9500
5 Tenured: 42000

So if you're currently a "Resident" - you're close! :)

The best way I've found to do this (passively) is to participate in the Big Dig event in the Azure Span (weekly). You can realm hop, do turn-ins during the event, quest, etc. But the rep is so low for those other activities that it's a net time save to just do Big Dig turn-ins.

Does not count towards 110 Exalted Reputations or DragonFlight's meta-achievement: A World Awoken.

It's a real disappointment that the achievement doesn’t reward anything!
