If you're doing this and are confused why you don't get the story shown, set the level to 4+. For tier 1-3 it is a set story.
I think its bugged. There is a Kobold Kidnaping story 6th day in a row (at least in EU from what I know) Dont tell me its RNG. What are the odds of it being random 6th time
