The world boss changes daily during Legion Remix.
Marked on the map as a world quest with a skull.
Without a quest, the kill does not count and does not give the achievement. If you don't see world quests on the map, you need to complete the quest Uniting the Isles

This world quest is AWFUL on heroic world tier due to the Soultrapper's abilities. Kills don't count if you're waiting for the res timer, either.
