This guild achievement was added in 5.0.4 Mists of Pandaria pre release patch.
With the addition of scenarios and challenge mode dungeons, the time it would take a fresh guild to complete this achievement is about 9 weeks of doing all 29 challenges. This is almost the same as for the 100 challenge achievement during most of cata which took 9 weeks and an extra challenge.
