Thunderstorms in Thaldraszus

As i was looking for the mobs for a bit, i found out the best way to farm these are downstairs at Tyrhold.

I have been playing for three days straight and still not once has the THUNDERSTORM deigned to be in Thaldraszuz! Three earth, three fire and one water, NO AIR. Meanwhile the other zones have had all 4 elemental storms, on a regular rotation, without a single repeat. WHY BLIZZ WHY? WHY does this NEED RNG? Four elements, let them start in random order, but let them ALL COME! Blizz has been playing this trick on us for over a decade, forcing RNG into otherwise orderly events and efforts. FORCING us to value one element over the others, forcing us to spend FAR more time on one than the rest. I already play WAY to much, now I have to lose sleep just to catch them sneaking it in maybe ONCE in the middle of the night? Thank you for attending my TEDtalk! /EndRant

Is it still working on patch 11.0.7? I killed a lot of them, but the counter doesn’t go up.
