Sadly i forgot all about this achievement and now that S3 in TWW has started it is now unobtainable.

Fortunately the reward mount: [item=246237] has been added to [npc=208070] for the staggeringly high price of 15000 [currency=2803]

However our [currency=2803] has been reset to 0 at the start of S3. So you have to farm all 15000 in one season. But at least it's obtainable.

You need to gather 1700 [item=244465], you get the achievement after buying 17 discs, not after choosing the 17 buffs.
I recommend buying the buffs along the way to make the clears faster every time.

Quickest way to get them is to re-run overcharged delves on level 1. Loot all enemies, curios and chests.
If you care about undercoins, the underpin and Brann experience, I recommend running level 4's. As they are only slightly more difficult, but give a lot more rewards.

Overcharged delves are going away in season 3 of TWW, but the mount will be buyable with 15.000 undercoins. The achievement will likely become an FoS
