"Treasure is hide in Library 42 24 on 3rd floor. Problem is that Library is close and you need to do 5 quests to get there from Storyline [storyline=1157].
First Quest is Read Between the Lines from [npc=166657] 40 33 ( Wowhead link to full Storyline ) . Do 4 quests just in case 5 ( is any way in library ) Then Go last floor and pick up from a shelf with books [object=355880].

This ach is bugged for me, picked up the last chest now, misplaced supplies and did not get ach. I clearly remember picking this one up before. Not sure what's up.
