A Few Bumps Along the Way

This quest was bugged out for me, the "defended" counter would reset every few seconds.

What I ended up doing to fix this was to remove my gear to get rid of my 8/8 Venthyr Warrior set bonus. I noticed this happening on my other characters as well, so if this happens to you give that a shot.

A Few Bumps Along the Way is a part of Sword of Oonar Treasures of Maldraxxus and Harvester of Sorrow
You can obtain the [spell=306272] buff during the quest required for the achievement.

Bind you [item=6948] to [npc=161702] Theater of Pain windrider in Maldraxxus

Prepare all the buffs

2. Buy [item=182163] from [npc=171808] vendor

   • Location: Revendreth, north of the Wanecrypt Hill windrider
   • 
     
   • Price: 30xRaw Seraphic Wing or 10xWidowbloom random crafting material, changes each week
   •

4. Buy [item=180771] from [npc=166640] vendor
   
   • 
     
   • Location: Maldraxxus, east of the Theater of Pain
   • 
     
   • Price: 1g
   •

6. Get 2x [spell=306272] (duration 10 mins)
   
   • 
     
   • Location: Maldraxxus ,west of the Theater of Pain
   • 
     
   • Need to wait for A Few Bumps Along the Way World Quest
   •

8. Get 4x [spell=327367], eat mushrooms on the ground near the [npc=162711] rare. (duration 2 mins and they will slow you down)

Buy "Scroll of Teleport: Theater of Pain" from the vendor named One-Eyed Joby (towards the northeast side outside of Theater of Pain). It will teleport you very close to, and within view of, the sword. No goblin glider or changing your hearthstone needed.
