Here's a guide on how to get this achievment

When Jedoga flies up above she will call for a volunteer, simply do not kill the volunteer, let it walk into the circle and sacrifice itself, you should just then heal the tank through the enrage

Here's ways to help with the tank's survivability:

http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=676 =removes her weapon, reducing the amount of damage she does by a lot

Or, if any of your party members already have the achievment they could sit out to let another healer in, or have another person in your party help heal along with the main healer. Also make sure all melee stay a good distance away from the boss during the enrage as her whirlwind might be powerful enough to one shot you.

Solo'd as an 85 Blood Dk.

It's really simple. Just go to the boss area, then kill the initiates which will start the encounter. When Jedoga gets raised up into the air just stand by and eat popcorn while one of her volunteers sacrifices themselves. Don't attack them just let them do their thing. Then when she comes back down finish her off. It's simple :)
