In order to accomplish this achievement, you simply need to get a victory at the warfront on Stromgarde.

Each week, one faction will have control of Stromgarde, and the other faction will have access to the scenario to capture this famous bastion.
You must therefore be an attacker in order to participate in the scenario, and thus to validate the achievement.

To sign up for the scenario, go to the port of Zuldazar, south of the Great Seal. You will then see a command table, which will allow you to start the warfront.

The scenario itself is not very complicated, it is a PvE content whose victory is ensured in the end ;)
