I just learned, that you have to have been there since the start to get it. I just did it after joining 1 minute late, and the guys next to me got it but not I myself.

Actually i did it in a different way, the alliance were outnumbered so it was like: Not enough players,closing battleground(or sumthin like that) in 5 minutes.. so we capped the flag once and then we won and got the achievement =D
One thought not suggested above:
You don't need to do this with a single flag carrier.
Have the second carrier wait in the enemy flag room for the first cap, then the first carrier (or even a third carrier) can run back while the second flag crosses the field.
