Eck Residue is acquired from the zone's optional Heroic boss, Eck the Ferocious. In order to get the Residue debuff, you need to be hit by Eck's frontal cone ability: Eck Spit.
Eck Residue itself lasts for an hour, so once you're affected by the debuff the only additional requirement for this achievement is that you not die before killing Gal'darah.

Defeat Gal'darah in Gundrak on Heroic Difficulty while under the effects of Eck Residue.

If you die, the debuff is removed. Don't die.
How to get this achievement at level 100:
- Un-equip all your items
- Engage [npc=29932] and keep your back to him
- Wait until his [spell=55814] hits you and you are debuffed with [spell=55817]
- Kill [npc=29306] without dying or using any ability that removes your debuffs
It may take a while before you are debuffed, but you will get it eventually.
