Why Can't I Hold All This Mana?

This achievement is for [currency=1155], a currency exclusive to the level 110 zone Suramar.
The base cap of Ancient Mana is 300 and you can raise it up to a total of 2000 by completing particular quests and using up consumable items which all can be found within the zone.

(Please note, you need to go really deep into the Suramar questline to unlock all these quests. For example, some of the quests need you to reach a certain standing with [faction=1859] to unlock.) For items, you need to be level 110 to see their containers.
