Just a heads up the fragments go into your bags and you have to click them and merge to finish the quest. I spent 15 minutes killing pointless mobs because it was still highlighted on the map

Do not try to go through northern parts of Suramar City, you wont make it. Take Azure Water Strider or another water walking and just run through southern water part.
Thalyssra's Abode is the last quest of Good Suramaritan - A Waning Crescent storyline.

What to do
Description
While you were busy in the city I reached a roadblock in my withered research. I feel I am close to overcoming this barrier, but I'm afraid I cannot do so without some more advanced tools. I hid among my possessions an item called an Arcane Amplifier. It does precisely what its name entails. It is more than likely that the Magistrix ordered my estate dismantled. If the Amplifier remains, it will be in fragments. Recover the whole, if you can.
Where to go
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.
