Go back up the stairs to 40.79 14.05 to plant the seed.
I got confused since i had 1900/2000 max mana and i couldn't figure out which one i had missed. I ran a script to see if i had missed a quest
/script for q,i in pairs({["Kel'danath's Manaflask"]=42842,["Volatile Leyline Crystal"]=43988,["Infinite Stone"]=43989,["Enchanted Burial Urn"]=43986,["Kyrtos's Research Notes"]=43987})do print(q,IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(i))end
and it turned out it was [item=140328] which to my surprise doesn't get into your inventory but it's on the ground.

What to do
Description
The seed is awakening. Without power it will quickly wither and die. We must carry the seed out of here and plant it somewhere safe. I am not strong enough to bear this burden. But you... you are brimming with power. I can sense it. Please take the seed.
