Description

The seed is awakening. Without power it will quickly wither and die.

We must carry the seed out of here and plant it somewhere safe.

I am not strong enough to bear this burden. But you... you are brimming with power. I can sense it.

I got confused since i had 1900/2000 max mana and i couldn't figure out which one i had missed. I ran a script to see if i had missed a quest

and it turned out it was [item=140328] which to my surprise doesn't get into your inventory but it's on the ground.
