GM's can return this item to you, if you 'accidently' deleted it way back then.
A week ago (give or take) I got my brewfest stein back after ticketing a gm, didn't give me the FoS immediately but after zoning I suddenly had it ( i think), but I didn't get it instantly. :)
A word of advice would be to tell the GM to check whether you did the quest:

Proud owner of the 2007 Vintage Yellow Brewfest Stein Not Proud used to own the 2007 Vintage Yellow Brewfest Stein. You confuse the fact that the achievements often look at quest history to determine things such as dungeons. It does not look at items you used to have.
Achievements are never taken away. (unless you're in Ensidia. *ba-dum psh!*) You should be safe!
