Mount Hyjal in Forever: an endgame levelling zone with the Hyjal Summit launch raid and a Barrow Deeps entrance

Mount Hyjal is the first of four new regions shown at the World of Warcraft: Forever What's Next panel. It is a new endgame levelling zone that picks up after Archimonde's defeat, with solo and group content, new reputations, quests and rewards.

The zone also hosts one of Forever's launch raids, Hyjal Summit, a 20 player raid in which the mountain is being drained of its power, and one of three entrances to the second launch raid, the Barrow Deeps, a 10 player raid where the Night Elves hold dangerous prisoners.

Blizzard's official Forever page describes the mountain as stalked by threats both old and new, eager to claim its power. The reveal cinematic showed Archimonde's bones on its slopes.
