Keep them together. No, seriously.

Ulrich Forgeworth uses lightning crash, but if you are close enough to him it won't stun you or hurt all that much
Arstad the Wild uses whirlwind, so kite him just far enough away so you don't get hit.
Altor Direvith uses an interruptible lava burst and throws lava on the floor.

Kite Arstad around the lava pools and keep him near Altor, Ulrich shouldn't end up causing you any issues as you'll be too close to him for him to stun you.

They all share a health pool, so AOE and multi-target attacks are your best friend here.
