TheWoWDBApparently, this is the one inside your Class Hall (Acherus, of course), on the Broken Isles.
If you are a Death Knight, you may recruit him as a follower after the quest Eye of Azshara: The Frozen Soul (which you will receive near the end of your campaign).
He has Icebound Fortitude (counter Hazards) and Frozen Soul (Increases sucess by 15% if not accompanied by other champions) as his follower abilities.

He resides in the north eastern corner of the Acherus.
This dude is by far, the most irritating champion to get to your hands on. The quest item he asks for has less then 1 percent to drop, and since Thassarian isn't spawning for me, the only Frost champion I have is that Trollbane dude. 0.9 percent drop chance means that I have to run the same dungeon over 100 times for it statistically to drop.
