Elijah Eggleton is needed for the acheivement Sausage Sampler. He is located @ 55.6, 34.8 just East, to the right of the Flight Master in Fallhaven, Drustvar. (See the Screen shots others have provided).
Must complete the quest To Market, To Market (part of Carver's Harbor side quest chain in Drustvar) to be able to purchase these from him.

Purchase: [item=155812], [item=155811], Rosco Fryer's Mostly-Meat Brat, Timmy Gene Sunrise Pork. Eat each one of them for the achievement. Make sure you verify you have eaten each one and obtained credit for the achievement. They do not give you a food buff so if you already have a food buff your current food buff will not be effected. Eating these four different varieties of sausages will give you four out of the six sausages listed for the achievement.

These four sausages may also be purchased from [npc=142167] in Boralus or other vendors in BFA individually but the other vendors do not sell all four of them. Elijah Eggleton or [npc=142167] are the best choice for a one stop shopping trip.

Can only purchase in increments of 5 so you can send the others to your alts or vendor them.

To complete the achievement Sausage Sampler:
[item=163110] may be purchased from [npc=136655] the innkeeper at Falconhurst, Drustvar.
[item=163781] is created from the Recipe: Heartsbane Hexwurst dropped by [npc=131863] in [zone=9424] or may be purchased from the AH or other players.

So his coat isn't obtainable :/
