I looked several times and couldn't find a transmoggable plate match for the legs. Everything else is in the Outfit tab.

I haven't talked to a city guard for a long while, and I was pleasantly surprised to see that these ones have a little more life in them than just saying "go here, I marked it on your map". Some of the responses were lore-driven, and a lot of them were downright funny. However, it's a bit tedious to go through all of the responses since it requires completely exiting out of the dialogue box before you can make a new choice. I wrote them all down just in case anyone else is interested in reading them without going through the annoyance of clicking through the responses over and over.

Talanji's Expedition Emissary

It is in the best interests of the Warchief that you do everything to ensure the Zandalari and their fleet join the Horde. To that end, continue to support Talanji. If that means destroying every last Blood Troll, see it done.

You will find her emissary in Nazmir at the Zul'jan Ruins. You're looking for [npc=135459]. Dark Lady watch over you.

Tortollan Seekers Emissary

Trying to pry secrets from the tortollan? It's said they live for ages. Not quite as long as I will, but still, a long time.

In any case, you need to head all the way out to Scaletrader Post, northeast of [zone=8670]. Look for Collector Kojo.

Voldunai Emissary

What do you need with them? They're a bunch of scavengers and exiles. Has the Dark Lady asked you to bring them into the fold as well?

Whatever the reason, you might try the Vulpera Hideaway up in Vol'dun. There's a little fox lady there goes by the name, [npc=135804]. She might be able to help you.

Zandalari Empire Emissary

Getting in good with the Zandalari? Smart. That's just what the warchief wants.

You can find their emissary, Natal'hakata, inside the Great Seal.

The Golden Throne

To get to the Golden Throne, you have to take the elevators up from inside the Great Seal.

You getting in good with the royals? What do you think of those headdresses? Those are some strong necks!

Scrapper

I know just the goblin. His name's Myxie Gutwrench. You'll find him and his Scrap-O-Matic 1000 at the Terrace of Crafters down on the lower west side of [zone=8670].

He claims his device can break any of your equipment into pieces for you to reuse or sell. I was going to take him up on his offer, but this is Horde-issued armor.

Ship to Echo Isles

I take it you have business with the Darkspear? You know the ship goes to the [zone=6453], right? Or, are you just looking for a short excursion before heading back to Orgrimmar?

Just head down to the end of the dock south at the Port of Zandalar.

Ship to Kul Tiras

Off to conquer the Kul Tirans? I hear they're insufferably arrogant... not quite as bad as the Gilneans, but close enough it makes no difference.

Anyway, you want to head south to the port. Speak with Dread-Admiral Tattersail on the Banshee's Wail.

Watch your back.

That creepy nightborne, Oculeth, made us portals to Orgrimmar, Silvermoon City (Burning Crusade), and Thunder Bluff. You can find them in the Hall of Ancient Paths inside the Great Seal on the east side.

Sadly, there's no portal to Undercity. Soon, we will have our revenge on the Alliance scum! Genn, Jaina, and King Anduin will pay for their crimes!

Victory for Sylvanas! May her reign as warchief last a thousand years!

What are you looking to train?

Alchemy

You're looking for [npc=122703]. She's at the Terrace of Crafters on the west side of Dazar'alor down near the ground.

Be careful. She looks the type the Darkspear are always warning us about their spooky voodoo.

Archaeology

We brought Examiner Alerinda along with us. She's inside the Great Seal in a room on the west side.

I think there's some giant dinosaur her people are digging up far to the southwest. You should see if you can help.

Blacksmithing

Down on the lower, west side of Dazar'alor, you'll find the Terrace of Crafters. There's a giant Zandalari dire troll named Forgemaster Zach-something down there hammering away at an anvil. Trust me, you can't miss him.

Cooking

The Zandalari royals lent us their very own chef. Her name is T'sarah. You can find her inside the Great Seal, upstairs on the west side.

Personally, I have no idea if she's any good. I don't eat cooked food.

Enchanting

The blood elf Enchantress Quinni came in with us. Listen carefully. To find her, you need to head down to the western base of Dazar'alor to the Terrace of Crafters. Once there, turn to face the pyramid and look for a way down. There's a tunnel that will lead you down into a place called the Hall of Glimmers.

You ask me, we sure did bring a lot of blood elves along with us. Makes one suspicious...

Engineering

Yep, you're looking for [npc=131840] at the Terrace of the Crafters. You'll find her with her buddy, Myxie, on the west side of Dazar'alor down at the base of the pyramid.

What are you planning to blow up?

Fishing

There is a Zandalari down on the banks of The Sliver to the north of Dazar'alor. Her name is [npc=122705] and it's said that she can fish up anything from anywhere.

Of course, true to her name, she's no braggart, so you'll have to decide for yourself if she's really that good.

Herbalism

Herbalism, huh? Okay, I know a guy. Goes by the name, [npc=122704]. You'll find him tending his garden at the Terrace of Crafters on the lower, west side of Dazar'alor.

Inscription

If you're looking for someone to teach you further in the mysteries of Inscription, head into the Great Seal.

Once in there, head upstairs on the east side and you'll find the Hall of Chroniclers. You're looking for [npc=132264].

Jewelcrafting

With all the blood elves we brought over, you'd think we'd have included a jewelcrafter given they practically invented the profession. I guess the Zandalari don't trust us with their riches.

So, if you're looking to learn more, you need to speak with [npc=122695]. You can find her in the Hall of Glimmers. To get there, head down to the Terrace of Crafters on the west side of Dazar'alor. Then, turn and face the pyramid and head into one of the tunnels. That's where she'll be.

Leatherworking

Have you seen the leather armor the Zandalari fashion? If you're looking to learn their secrets, head down to the Terrace of Crafters on the lower, west side of Dazar'alor.

Once you're down there, be on the lookout for [npc=122698]. He's their resident leatherworking expert.

Mining

Mining? Delicious. If I were a miner, I'd mine right into their fabled "City of Gold", Atal'Dazar. Just don't get caught, <name>.

If you're looking for more training, speak with [npc=122694]. To find him, head down to the Terrace of Crafters on the lower, west side of Dazar'alor.

Skinning

I'm just going to flat out state the obvious... [npc=122699] has to be one of the best skinners in the world. Have you seen the wildlife around here?

Look for her down at the Terrace of Crafters at the base of the pyramid on the west side of Dazar'alor.

Tailoring

[npc=122700] is the one you want to learn more about Tailoring. Steady hand with a needle for embroidering your robes and knows how to sew you up real nice, to boot. Reattached my arm the other day.

Look for him behind the blathering nobles down at the Terrace of Crafters on the west side of Dazar'alor.

If you're looking for trade goods, you want to head inside the Great Seal. Once inside, head east into the Hall of Ancient Paths. You're looking for a tauren named [npc=141936]. He should have anything you need.
