TheWoWDBSo apparently Hook and Sinker are two Horde NPCs that can be killed by Alliance ONLY. They have no faction and when Alliance members attack them, they are NOT marked for PVP.

- starts at "Lorna's Watch" and goes north over the bridge. After the bridge goes to the left and you will find both near three trees and a stone.
