[quest=39031] is part of the Adventurer of Stormheim
Keep in mind that if you kill her outside of a quest, just for the glory of it, she will drop nothing except (in my case) 70 order resources. In other words, a colossal waste of time, particularly since (without stealth) you'll need to whack a bunch of other troops just standing around. Other players have mentioned that as well - this is not a loot-driven kill. After the first few stuns and silences, don't get too comfortable because (again my case - your mileage may vary) she saved the best for last: a two-day stun just before she bit the dust. Prots are pretty tough but this stun was so long, I was able to take an elective course in Underwater Basketweaving while waiting for it to end. Not sure if it's a full credit course but Ivory is a lot of work for very little and doesn't even have any good lines like her cousin the Maiden of Grief: "You shouldn't have come...now you will die."
Level and Map Tracking
The game data tunes Ivory Sentinel for levels 10 to 45, Legion content.
The map marks it with vignette 897, which the client hides once hidden tracking quest 39031 is complete. In game, /run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(39031)) prints true when that quest is flagged for your character.
