Located at 53.0, 21.8. He hits very, VERY hard. As a 860 Havoc Demon Hunter on beta, his average attack was 500k spiking to 800-900k. I can solo mobs with 10m health no problem, but within 2 seconds of pulling he had me to 20% with two back-to-back crits. If not for Metamorphosis and 100% leech I would have been a goner.
Keep this in mind when you fight him; while based on his health he may seem easy, be prepared to use defensive cooldowns.

After I managed to kill him, I noticed in his scat pile a gnome skeleton still clutching a wrench.
I spotted him when I used [item=129276] on a Thursday; it transported me right next to him. Thankfully he was asleep!
