How it works
Casting it triggers a 1.5 sec global cooldown.
Rest is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:
- Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 4.
- Effect 3 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 12.
What it does
Rest is a Nature spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and effects that last 12 sec. When cast it applies an aura.
