- if you start from "Lorlathil", follow the road to the south until you are close to the water. Then turn right and goes to the "Lunarwing Shallows" to the last corner, you will see a cave. Inside the cave you will find a dead [npc=93318] and two [npc=93319]. A little [npc=93677] is alone and want to come with you. Talk to him and save him from the attack of Malicious Sprite and Jinikki the Puncturer. After fighting you can complete the quest Adopting the Adorable and take him with you.
