Confirmed cave entrance is at 59,89 (for those without Coordinates the cave is on the Western side of the island almost in the middle). The Cave is on the 2nd level of the mountain, behind a couple of huts. He is immune to stuns and his abilities can not be interrupted. Avoid the Avalanche and Petrifying Breath and it should be an easy fight. I was able to kill him on my Guardian Druid with ilvl619 gear. He dropped a Primal Spirit and 9 Apexis Crystals.
Took me a while to find it. The entrance is at 59.11, 89.75. Second "level;" framed by two trees on the right and two trees on the left. But of course Nagidna is not there because there is a line of people waiting to kill her. Bring a picnic lunch and "The Brothers Karamazov." No cell service there either.
