Nathanos seems to drop any items at ilvl 115 that are included in Sentinel Equipment Cache or Deathguard Equipment Cache.
EDIT: Having done it on a few characters, it seems to be a guarenteed ilvl 115 weapon that drops.
In case anyone is wondering if you can see him/ get loot without having the quest to kill him, the answer is yes. My alt just went straight to him and killed him and got loot.
*Also, if you're wondering if you need the weapons for transmog--they are the exact same ones from the warfront cache, just scaled to 115 ilvl.
