TheWoWDBThese obliterators will chase you until you leave the zone, or drop combat with a spell such as Vanish or Feign Death far enough away that they don't immediately see you. One chased me from one of the northern-most spawn points all the way until I was halfway across the bridge to Silvermoon City.

AND they will teleport on top of you if they can't path to you! They behave similar to the giant void walkers in the Voidspire raid, lifting you up and slamming you down, and doing a massive 40y+ aoe that tacks on a healing absorb. They melee for very high shadow damage that is fine for a tank, not for non-tanks. Downright frightening!
