Rokhan was one of Thrall's best scouts during the Founding of Durotar. He led the Horde forces against a bunch of Frost Wyrms during the Northrend campaign, but hasent been seen since. Rexxar has the excuse of protecting the last of his people in Outland. Where the hell was rokhan this whole time?
