TheWoWDBTo skip this and the entire Draenor intro questline, go to Timeless Isle to 66 77 (by the boat between the two isles on the east side of the map) - there's an underwater cave with chairs in. Sit in one and click the campfire to be teleported to gorgrond.
9.2 edit: For a quicker route, you can take the portal from Stormwind/Ogrimmar to Ashran and fly there. Still works like a charm at max level even with the forced timewalking leveling.

(Q) - I lost the quest to The Dark Portal? Now what do I do?
(A) - If you lose the quest or have a problem getting to draenor. I went to The Dark Portal and walked threw The Dark Portal. DONT NOT FLY... Walk.. the The Dark Portal open and let me start the quest on the other side.
I asked a GM and the have no clue how to get there.
Archmage Khadgar is now only located in the Blasted Lands, and has been removed from the main cities.

Description
ATTENTION HEROES ADVENTURERS DEFENDERS OF AZEROTH Archmage Khadgar, hero of the Second War, is assembling a coalition of Azeroth's strongest to bravely step through the Dark Portal and stop the Iron Horde's invasion of Azeroth. Champions who are interested in glory can meet Khadgar at the base of the Dark Portal in Blasted Lands. Safety not guaranteed.
