Level and Map Tracking
The game data tunes Salethan the Broodwalker for level 45, Legion content.
The map marks it with vignette 1,855, which the client hides once hidden tracking quest 46091 is complete. In game, /run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(46091)) prints true when that quest is flagged for your character.
