  • if you start in Skyhorn, go to the north through the Darkfeather Valley. Before the cave, go uphill to your right and go along on the left side till a small canyon. After the rock ends on the right, follow the path down to a small cave. Inside the cave is Skullhat with three Skywhisker Scrapper.
