It took us a while to find this one, the EXACT cave entrance is at /way 50.85, 31.97
Just follow the path through the harpy zone up the hill.
For the achievement Adventurer of Highmountain you also need [quest=39465].

- if you start in Skyhorn, go to the north through the Darkfeather Valley. Before the cave, go uphill to your right and go along on the left side till a small canyon. After the rock ends on the right, follow the path down to a small cave. Inside the cave is Skullhat with three Skywhisker Scrapper.
