Stormtalon

You don't need the PvP World Quest up to encounter this dragon and obtain the achi.

Stormtalon is a rare 110 located in Stormheim. He is found sleeping on a rock

When fighting Stormtalon, he will cast a melee attack, Electrified Scales, and a Lightning Breath. I was able to kill him as a 104 Havok DH on 5/19/16 by using all my CDs.

When you kill him, you get the green arrow like you were to mount a vehicle. If you click on him, you are granted a buff called [spell=218964]. This allows you to ride fly around on your temporary mount for 5 minutes at 150% mount speed. EDIT: Updated to reflect that it is indeed always 150% speed

Please be aware that you cannot leave the area or you will be dismounted.

Wake the Dragon is obtainable from finding, killing damaging to low health, and then mounting Stormtalon.

He did not drop any loot when I killed him, as he didn't technically die.

IMPORTANT

Be careful when you hit him ... he only has a little bit of health and I 1 shot him today, just to see him disappear. Not sure why it's like this, but I recommend using very VERY low spells or damage. He's about as strong as a tissue.
