February 2026. This NPC is one of 4 NPCs Supplier Offa, Supplier Toffa, Supplier Felina & Supplier Mizix who again appeared in Dornogal offering items previously available in the Trading Post with most (not all) at a discount. 3 NPCs offered ensembles, armor, weapons & some pets while Supplier Mizix offered mounts, pets & toys. It appears to be a limited time event (the month of February).
March 2025, doesn't appear to be up.
