Though this guy is elite, and seems quite dangerous, he's quite the pushover.
He mostly relies on attacking with skills, which are easy to dodge, if you watch the dirt pattern.
Go into the cave and get the quest from the Leyline Feed [Leyline Feed: Ley Station Moonfall] BEFORE trying to kill him over and over and complaining the Broken Leydar Dish will not drop. Because...I sure didn't just do that. XD
