Urgev the Flayer is a rare humanoid Vrykul - He is located inside the small town of Akstad.
Akstad is located in the zone Stormheim - east of Valdisdall and west of The Runewood.

There are minimal NPCs around him/his area. He is located inside a small training arena of sorts. Before engaging him, you can see him attacking a training block with his axes.

He dropped x1[item=138839] and x45 [currency=1220] as well as 1g, 36s, 86c.

  • Urgev the Flayer is located east of Valdisdall in a camp of the runeaxes in "Akstad" and trains there on a [npc=93405]. Follow the road to the east and keep left. At the lower mountain slope in the Runewood, turn left and you will come straight to the practice ground.
