Vilo now also sells the 'jump/safe fall' cypher gear, at 233 ilvl. Normally you get this during the first three chapters, and so skipping it meant losing out on a guaranteed useful piece of equipment. It's value is somewhat less now flying is possible, but still fairly nice to have.
Having it on the vendor saves relying on RNG if you do the Campaign skip on an alt..
