This Tauren named Warbrave Oro of the [faction=1828] cannot be seen on [zone=7882] in [zone=7502] unless you start the The Lone Mountain at your class hall mission table by selecting the Scouting map tab and clicking on the Highmountain area. He will then walk you over to a flightmaster where you will fly to [zone=7731] and where after meeting him again he will escort you to an elevator that will take you down underground to turn in this starter quest to [npc=93826] standing on the central platform (49, 45).
