- Alliance: from the "Skyfire Triage Camp" goes down the hill (east) to the water and goes to the opposite hill, to the left of the wreck, up to the Weeping Bluffs. Whitewater Typhoon stands in the middle, near the rock.
- Horde: from "Cullen's Post" go north and turn left at the crossroads. At the next crossroads turn left again and go up the path until you see two trees on the left side. Walk past the trees and you come right to Whitewater Typhoon, which stands in the middle, near the rock.

The map marks it with vignette 779, which the client hides once hidden tracking quest 38472 is complete. In game, /run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(38472)) prints true when that quest is flagged for your character.
