TheWoWDBWrangler Kravos is a powerful enemy found in Mac'Aree, whose fight is divided in two parts: the first, where he is mounted, which facilitates to damage him; the second, when he fell off his faithful mount-- and said mount will attack you, so, beware. I've heard that there is a slim chance of you getting his mount, but so far it has evaded me.
He seems important enough that slaying him would be an achievement.
While nowadays slaying him might be feasible alone, it might interest you in bringing friends, as all are rewarded.

The map marks it with vignette 2,231, which the client hides once hidden tracking quest 48695 is complete. In game, /run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(48695)) prints true when that quest is flagged for your character.
