Actually Aquifel is kind of right. The other four uncommon gems can be made into ilvl 450 necks & rings, which give more valuable enchanting mats when DEed, per gem used. However these crafts also require a lot of Serpent's Eye, so unless you have a cheap supply of them from your AH, you will need to craft a mixture of 450s and Ornate Band/Shadowfire Necklace, trying to avoid waste. Either way you might end up with an excess of Alexandrite and Lapis Lazuli, so best thing to do with them is craft a popular cut, hope for perfect procs which are worth selling, and vendor the rest.
