Blood-Stained Bone

As the drop rates of those have been changed recently and teh data here is not up to date, I went out and got myself some numbers.

I farmed each of the following mob groups for 15 minutes each and got these results:

[npc=137126] in Stormsong Valley: 77 bones
[npc=141641] in Stormsong Valley: 93 bones
[npc=131513] and [npc=131568] in Stormsong Valley: 73 Bones
[npc=125452] in Drustvar: 108 bones
[npc=125401] in Drustvar: 128 bones in the first round and 114 bones in the second round
[npc=125464] in Drustvar: 154 bones in the first round and 94 bones in the second round

So my favorit spot so far is the onion field with [npc=125401], they spawn quickly and you don't have to move around so much.

Apparently these "drop" from skinning. So don't be like me running around trying to farm them from the animals when you're a herber. I had some already but must have been from the exploder thing.

The absolute best way to farm these, which was to kill Feathered Viper Hatchlings in the Rootway in Zuldazar, has been nerfed. They seem to no longer drop anything of use at all while skinned. They now only skin for a grey Discarded Molting item that vendors for just under 40 silver.
