All designs for these new gems are random world drops, only the Relentless Earthstorm Diamond is obtained from the Consortium Quartermaster once you reach exalted.

As a Rogue, at first glance I was interested in this.

However, after researching it a bit, I would be better off stacking http://www.wowhead.com/?item=24028 over this.

The difference is fairly minimal, but it is there.

Wicked Noble Topaz
+4 Critical Strike Rating and +8 Attack Power
+.18% critical strike chance and +8 attack power.

Delicate Living Ruby
+8 Agility
+.20% critical strike chance, +8 attack power, AND extra dodge chance. (Pardon me, but I don't remember the conversions for Dodge).

I'll probably use this as Yellow gems for my set.

New in 2.1, a great option for AP stackers in a yellow socket or crit stackers in a red socket. Now we just need a pure dps blue option.
