Got one off a Bladespire Chef (Talon of Strength)
According to the 3d model viewer, it has 4 knuckles for punching. So much for 5 finger death punch.
5 Finger Death Punch!
This could have been a reference to the Deathclaw Gauntlet in the Fallout 3 video game. However, there is one small catch: the Fallout 3 game was released at 28/10/2008 while The Burning Crusade was released at 16/1/2007, therefore eliminating the possibility of this being a reference, due to an earlier release date.
