King's Amber

Having a real struggle obtaining these now, since they've removed the ability to buy them from justice vendors. Removing Justice Points from the game was ok, but removing the items that we were able to purchase with them, was not. there are currently 0 King's Amber on the AH. not even Autumn's Glow so i can transmute. Farming [npc=10184] for a CHANCE of getting it within [item=49294] as the only possible farmingspot is ridiculous with its weekly instance CD.

the only thing left to do now is farming Titanium Ore and prospect it. which means you need to have a character with mining and JC (and a decent amount of skillpoints) to obtain these yourself.

Having CD's on old materials and SHARED CD's with new content is patently ridiculous.

This is the WotLK version of the Lionseye, the epic yellow gem. Already in the game files at the release of Wrath of the Lich King, it was officially introduced in patch 3.2.0 and can currently be obtained in the following ways:

• prospected from Titanium Ore;

• created by an alchemical transmutation using 1 Autumn's Glow and 1 Eternal Life;
• 
  
• sometimes found inside an [item=44943] created by a jewelcrafter;
• 
  
• bought for 220 Justice Points from [npc=31580], [npc=31582], or [npc=32172] in Dalaran;
• 
  
• exchanged for 165 Honor Points from [npc=34081] in Stormwind or [npc=34043] in Orgrimmar.

King's Amber can be cut in the following variations by a 450 Jewelcrafter (the respective designs can be bought from [npc=28701] in Dalaran, [npc=19065] and [npc=33680] on the Aldor's Rise and [npc=33637] on the Scryers' Tier in Shattrath for 4 [item=41596] each):

• Subtle King's Amber: +20 Dodge Rating;
• 
  
• Smooth King's Amber: +20 Critical Strike Rating;
• 
  
• Mystic King's Amber: +20 Resilience Rating;
• 
  
• Quick King's Amber: +20 Haste Rating.

Even though mastery is available as a stat as early as level 80, there is no +Mastery cut of King's Amber available in the game (or any other pre-Cataclysm yellow gem for that matter).
