Hardly Worthless, While in BG's, a stealthed cat or rogue can be tracked by a hunter, if a hunter gets the drop on a rogue or cat it can be fatal, Rogue starting the fight is much more advantageous, "worthless" ? hardly. It is an elixir yet doesn't share other elixirs such as a battle or guardian type so it can be used with either or both of those being active.
This can no longer be used while under the effects of a stat buff flask, Whispers/Visions of Insanity buff or similar. I am thinking it is now considered a Guardian Elixir despite not being labelled as such anywhere... makes it considerably less useful overall.

It's quite useful. Hunters can't see you on their minimap. In WPvP it is really powerful. I always have one intus.
