Shifting Nightseye

I really like this gem. I'm a feral druid and use this gem on Red Sockets for tanking gear.

4 agility = 0.25% dodge.

But i recomend to use this gem only if the item's socket bonus is usefull (+x agility, +x stamina, +x defense rating....), if the bonus is something like +x strengh or +x critical you should use "Solid Star of Elune" ( http://www.wowhead.com/?item=24033 ) and don't get the bonus.

I don't know if this information can be usefull for warriors couse i don't really know how much dodge they gain for agility.

Geo is actually incorrect in his assessment. At level 70, for a druid 4 agi = 0.27% dodge At level 70, for a warrior 4 agi = 0.13% dodge Still a good tanking gem. By far more superior for druid tanks, however.

For a 70 hunter (before applying talents, buffs, etc): Jagged Talasite - 4 crit | 6 sta = 0.18% crit | 60 hp Shifting Nightseye - 4 agi | 6sta = 0.10% crit | 4 AP | 8 armor | 0.16% dodge | 60 hp So, it depends. Both have their sides.
