Primary zone (added patch 10.0.7) - high density across the rocky terrain; relatively low competition given the zone age.

Zaralek Cavern

Also found here (patch 10.1); good density in the tunnels.

Tips

Saxifrage is gated by the Forbidden Reach unlock (patch 10.0.7) which keeps the farming population lower. If you have the zone, this is one of the least-contested Dragonflight herbs to run.
