How the numbers add up
Haste on Dread Pirate Ring rises from +3 at level 10 to +16 at level 70, a gain of 13. The largest rise between two listed levels is +3, from level 10 to level 20. With no upgrade token the Haste stops at +7 at level 30, so the tokens account for the last 9 points.
The level cap starts at 30. The 6 upgrade tokens lift it by 5, 5, 5, 5, 10 and 10 levels in turn, to a final cap of 70, which is 40 levels above the base cap.
Of the 5 differently named finger heirlooms, 2 list Haste, 5 list Stamina and 4 list Critical Strike among their stat types.
No other finger heirloom shares the source line Quest: Stranglethorn Fishing Extravaganza.
